My dearest muse how you dance in the rain.
Stepping through instances as the drops hit your head.
The water is healing and brings me life.
Admiring the sky for all its grey and blue— you would understand if I fall in love with you.
Is this journey so unique that I will end up alone or will I be rescued in the arms of this celestial beauty I dare not call my own.
Like an angel she rises with the day.
Basking in her gentleness I'm not worthy for long.
Bless me with the moment and I'll ask for no more.
If we embrace at all I will not fear a sudden exile.
For years are just a break from this life I long for.
Spreading my wings endlessly into your sky.
May the rain heal me as we dance into the night.
The sun and the moon only appear as opposites.
This illusion is often derived from the fact that night and day appear at different times.
However, the sun and the moon exist in the same universe and it can be said they work together as opposed to being polar opposites.
In darkness and in light there is still a grey area in which they meet.
In the morning and during sunset two old lovers share their time on earth as they have since the beginning.
Their time is ephemeral but they know they shall meet again with the passage of time.
